Club Shop Orders
At Club Shop, we strive to fulfil orders as quickly as possible, however, please allow four weeks before contacting us. We do keep some items in stock, but many products are ordered directly from the manufacturer, which can take up to four weeks to arrive at our premises. Once we receive the items, we aim to decorate them within a week. However, during our busiest period from August to October, please expect longer lead times.
Return Refunds & Exchange Policy
At One Stop Sports, we understand that sometimes customers may need to return or exchange an item. We are happy to accept returns or exchanges within 14 days of receipt of your item, provided that the item is in its original unused condition, unless there is a manufacturer defect. If you would like to return or exchange an item, please contact us for approval before doing so. To return an item, please mail it to our address: 185 Lower Addiscombe Road, Croydon, CR0 6RA.
Return Exceptions
Clothing or footwear that has had its labels, stickers, or security tabs removed, or that has been embroidered or printed, cannot be returned or exchanged, Merchandise that has been worn, used, or altered in any way will not be accepted for return or exchange.
Restocking Fee
If you wish to return an item, please be aware that a 20% restocking fee will be deducted from your refund. Additionally, the original shipping and handling fee that you paid for the order will not be refunded.
Exchanges
If you have purchased a clothing or footwear item that is unused and in new condition, you may exchange it for a different size or colour. You will not be charged a restocking fee for this exchange, however, you will be responsible for covering the costs of returning the item.
Courier Service
2. Delivery to an address
2.1
our couriers undertake to deliver to an address specified in the despatch documentation, not to a specific person.
2.2
If there is no-one present at the address then:
2.2.1
the Customer acknowledges and agrees that the courier company may at its discretion attempt to deliver the Consignment to a neighbouring address within a reasonable distance of the delivery address; and
2.2.2
if this occurs, a Customer Contact Card shall be left at the specified address; and
2.2.3
the Customer agrees that such delivery shall constitute delivery to the address specified as the delivery address in the despatch documentation.
